The Jemez Principles have been used in Environmental Justice spaces to guide working relationships between grassroots social movements, frontline communities, small, underfunded organizations, and well-resourced nonprofits and NGOs. The Jemez Principles provide a foundation for more just collaboration between allies, in acknowledgement of long-standing power imbalances and inequities existing.
